- The room was really spacious compared to the other hotels specially in the same area. - The staff was really friendly& helpful. - There was a food variety in the breakfast. - Location was great and close to most tourist destinations. - They gave me a late check out for free. - Big& very nice indoor swimming pool, an indoor gym is also available.

Eresin Hotel great stay very nice Staff very professional. Breakfast fantastic lots of verity to eat .very fresh I enjoy it a lot the room was very clean made up the room every day .the Reception was very helpful Ms. Gizemnur very helpful very Provisional and I believe very valuable to the hotel speeks very good English .I will definitely stay again in the Eresin hotel next time I'm go Istanbul very happy. Eresin Hotels topkapi has great location, you can get around easily. A large variety of items in breakfast. Dinner is also served with extra charges. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Daily room service. I will definitely stay with them in future and recommend them.

The staff was very helpful and polite and answered all my questions. The room was big enough and it was cleaned every day + free botlles of water were delivered daily. There was a huge variety for brekfast so that you can choose whatever you like.

It was third time of my stay at this Hotel. Very beautiful Hotel and great location, not far from down town. Thanks reception of the Hotel for their pleasant and kind disposition to all people, who stayed at the Hotel. I‘ll stay at the same Hotel whenever I‘ll be in Istanbul. Thank you once more !

This is our 2nd time staying at Eresin hotel, and all I can say is that thia hotel is great and it’s location is awesome as it’s right across the street of the tram station and special thanks for the staff specially Ozcan for his great help
