I had an unforgettable and long stay at this hotel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with outstanding hospitality. The hotel management even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade at check-in—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Tekin, Ozcan, Gizem, and Cicek – each of them was incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely caring. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that all my needs were met with warmth and professionalism. I would also like to sincerely apologize for not remembering the other names of the amazing reception team. Every single one of them was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate all their efforts. Another major highlight is the hotel’s location. It’s just steps away from a Tramway station, making it extremely easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s very close to Istanbul’s historical landmarks and lively city center, which made sightseeing both convenient and enjoyable. Without a doubt, this hotel will be my first choice for all future visits to Istanbul. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional stay with top-quality service and an unbeatable location

Hi we had great experience hotel and staff excellent Breakfast amazing my kids realy enjoyed it pool area gym sauna hygienicy very clean we had twin room cleaning services wad very good From staf to food environment was 100% I would recommend it is great holiday we had one off best hotel for family we had beautiful time I like to say thank u for all team iff I had chance again I will stay same place close to trade line shopping center we travel every were very handy place

The reception team was outstanding, especially Erol and Aytut, who truly made our stay first class. From the very first moment, Aytut welcomed us warmly, ensured our check-in was smooth, explained the main attractions of Istanbul, and even gave us detailed tips about the SPA, pool, and breakfast times. He was always available in the mornings to help with any request. At night, Erol took over with the same dedication. One evening, when we experienced a minor food poisoning incident from street food, he didn’t just give us directions to a pharmacy—he personally checked which ones were still open during Victory Day celebrations and guided us carefully so we could get the right help. Their teamwork gave us the impression of being cared for at the highest level, and I was especially impressed with their solution-oriented approach. I also want to thank Yasar, who helped us with our luggage and even assisted with our taxi arrangements for a very early 3 a.m. airport transfer. These three made our stay truly memorable. On top of the excellent staff, the breakfast buffet was complete, with everything you might want to start your day. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, very comfortable, and serviced/cleaned every day, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

Luxury Hotel in the Middle of Istanbul. Very original and very beautifull Ottoman Style, i like it too much! That give you the real Istanbul feeling. The room was big and perfect. No comment... In front go the Hotel is the best Istanbul City connection with the Blue M1 Tram.

Emre, Ereb and Erdi were extremely welcoming when I arrived at the hotel. As a solo female traveler it immediately made me feel safer and at ease. The breakfast was adequate, lots of options. I used the pool everyday and really enjoyed it after exploring the city via the very close and easy to use tram and buses.
